“Quando tiver que escolher entre estar certo e ser gentil, escolha ser gentil”

A vida às vezes é complicada por si só e devíamos gastar a energia para o que é importante, em vez de provar o quanto estamos certos e cheios de verdade.

Se usarmos essa energia e o nosso tempo sendo gentil, tentando tornar o dia de alguém mais suave ou doce,

guardando nossa explosão de argumentos e certezas para nós mesmos

e não tentando convencer ninguém de nada, certamente teríamos um mundo melhor, bem mais fácil de habitar...

Sei que não é fácil, falo por mim, essa explosão de argumentos vai acumulado dentro de mim e por vezes rebento por algo insignificante...

A Vida me está a Ensinar e eu estou Aprender a Deixar ir... é importante dar a nossa opinião mas com menos explosão e com mais calma!

Hoje vamos escolher Ser Gentil e dar o nosso melhor!

Friendly February - Day 12: Focus on being kind rather than being right

“When you have to choose between being right and being kind, choose to be kind.”

Life is sometimes complicated in itself and we should spend our energy on what is important, instead of proving how right and full of truth we are.

If we use that energy and our time being kind, trying to make someone's day smoother or sweeter,

keeping our explosion of arguments and certainties to ourselves

and without trying to convince anyone of anything, we would certainly have a better world, much easier to live in...

I know it's not easy, I speak for myself, this explosion of arguments accumulates inside me and sometimes I explode over something insignificant...

Life is teaching me and I am learning to let go... it is important to give our opinion but with less outburst and more calmly!

Today let's choose to be kind and do our best!
